The calculation itself (opponents average, score, performance rating and the opponent-mix requirements) is applied exactly as in the FIDE Title Regulations effective from 1 January 2024. What this tool cannot know on its own are facts about the event that are not in a results table (whether it is a national championship final stage, a team event, etc.) - use the checkboxes above for those. As with any norm, by any method, the result is always subject to certification by the Chief Arbiter and final confirmation by the FIDE Qualification Commission.
